Pakruojo Dvaras Manor and Flower Festival in Lithuania

Pakruoje Dvaras Manor

Pakroja Manor is one of the largest and most beautiful manor houses in the Baltic States. It is a real castle with a huge park where you will find a tavern, stables, costume room, brewery, torture museum and much more.

The main building is in the centre - an old mansion with terraces, balconies, columns, a fireplace room, a restaurant for private events and guest rooms. Rooms can be booked, for example you can stay in the luxurious Baron or Baroness room.

You can spend the whole day at Pakroja Manor:

- immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the 19th century with the help of the local costume room;

- go horseback riding or take a carriage ride through the park;

- watch one of the theatre productions that are regularly performed for visitors;

- watch beer being brewed according to ancient recipes in a local brewery and taste the drink;

- walk through the scenic park from all sides and go to the windmill;

- grab a bite to eat in the tavern and sample the specialities of Northern Lithuania - the portions in the restaurant are generous and inexpressibly tasty.

And until the first frost, Pakroja Manor hosts a flower festival inspired by William Shakespeare's play A Midsummer Night's Dream. There are thousands of colourful summer flowers, floral arrangements and carpets, and spectacular floral sculptures up to 6 metres high.

The distance to the manor is 180 km from Vilnius and 140 km from Riga, Latvia.

Entrance tickets to the festival: €12 to €16 when bought online and €14 to €18 when bought on site.
